dokunma), cihaz ve uygulama bilgisi (model, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil), tanılama verileri (SDK hataları ve performansı).
Toplama yöntemi: uygulama açıkken SDK tarafından otomatik olarak. Amaçlar: reklam göstermek, reklamı ölçmek, gösterim sıklığını
sınırlamak, dolandırıcılığı önlemek ve, izin verdiysen, reklamı kişiselleştirmek.
Hukuki sebep: reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6/1-f). Google'ın rıza
formunun çıktığı bölgelerde (AEA, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) kişiselleştirme ve cihazda bilgi saklama için rızan (KVKK m.5/1; GDPR
m.6/1-a).
Yaşadığın bölgede gerekiyorsa reklam tercihlerini sorar; kararın cihazında saklanır. Bölgeni belirlemek için Google'a istek gönderilir. Hukuki sebep: hukuki yükümlülük.
Bize e-posta yazarsan e-posta adresin ve yazışman. Amaç: cevap vermek ve başvuruları karşılamak. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f) ve başvurularda hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK m.5/2-ç ve m.13). Saklama: talep çözüldükten sonra en çok 2 yıl.
Cihazında paylaşımı açtıysan Google anonim, toplu çökme ve donma istatistikleri toplar (Android vitals). Bize yalnızca toplu rapor gelir.

Google (reklamlar için bağımsız veri sorumlusu), Google'ın reklam ortakları (AEA'daki rıza formunda listelenir) ve e-posta ile barındırma hizmeti aldığımız sağlayıcılar. Verilerini satmıyoruz.
Google'ın sunucuları yurt dışındadır; reklam verileri orada işlenir. Bize yazdığın e-postalar da yurt dışında sunucuları bulunan e-posta hizmet sağlayıcıları üzerinden bize ulaşır. Aktarım KVKK m.9 ve Kişisel Verilerin Yurt Dışına Aktarılmasına İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik çerçevesinde yapılır; sağlayıcılar verileri kendi veri koruma şartları ve güvenlik taahhütleriyle işler. Geliştirici Türkiye'dedir.
Cihazdaki veriler uygulamayı silene kadar kalır. Google'ın topladığı veriler Google'ın sürelerine tabidir. E-postalar talep çözüldükten sonra en çok 2 yıl saklanır.
SDK verileri şifreli bağlantıyla (TLS) gider. Sunucumuz yok; oyun kaydı uygulamanın kendi alanında durur.
KVKK m.11'e göre: verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, şartları oluşmuşsa silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini ve bunların aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analize itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğrarsan zararın giderilmesini isteme.

AEA ya da Birleşik Krallık'ta yaşıyorsan GDPR'a göre erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik hakların, rızanı geri çekme ve denetim makamına şikâyet hakkın var; bir ay içinde cevap veririz.
Not: oyun kaydın yalnızca cihazındadır; biz onu göremeyiz. Uygulamayı silmek kaydı da siler. Google'ın topladığı verilerle ilgili hakların için Google'a da başvurabilirsin.
Oyun oynandığı sürece reklam altyapısı (Google Mobile Ads SDK) 3.2'deki verileri otomatik olarak toplar; bunu oyun içinden kapatamazsın. Seçeneklerin şunlar: AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de çıkan rıza formunda rıza vermemek (reklamlar daha az kişisel ya da sınırlı olur, oyun kısıtlanmaz) ve Android ayarlarından reklam kimliğini silmek.
Google'ın reklam kişiselleştirmesi profil oluşturabilir. Biz otomatik karar vermiyoruz.
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun verisinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz.
Bu sayfayı bir barındırma hizmeti sunar. Hizmet sağlayıcı, sayfayı göstermek ve güvenlik için ziyaretçinin IP adresini işler. Bu sayfada çerez ve analitik yok.

This notice covers the Towerville Android app and this web page.
Score, progress, settings, and the version and date of the Terms of Use you accepted. Stored on your device and never sent to us. The app opts out of Google's cloud backup; some manufacturers' phone-to-phone transfer tools may still copy it. Purpose: running the game. Retention: until you uninstall the app.
Advertising ID, app set ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, ad interactions (impressions, taps), device
and app information (model, OS version, language), diagnostics (SDK errors and performance). Collected automatically by the SDK while
the app is open. Purposes: showing ads, measuring ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention and, if you agree, personalising ads.
Legal basis: legitimate interests for showing and measuring ads and preventing fraud (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where Google's consent form appears (EEA, UK, Switzerland), your consent for personalisation and for storing information on your
device (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Asks for your ad choices where your region requires it; your choice is stored on your device. A request is sent to Google to determine your region. Legal basis: legal obligation.
If you email us: your email address and our correspondence. Purpose: replying and handling requests. Legal basis: legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) and, for requests, legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) and Art. 13). Retention: up to 2 years after the request is resolved.
If you have turned on sharing on your device, Google collects anonymous, aggregated crash and freeze statistics (Android vitals). We only receive aggregated reports.
None at the moment. If added, this notice will be updated and the game will show the new notice at launch.
Google (an independent controller for ads), Google's ad partners (listed in the consent form in the EEA), and the providers of our email and hosting services. We do not sell your data.
Google's servers are outside Turkey and may be outside your country; ad data is processed there. Emails you send us also reach us through email service providers whose servers are abroad. Transfers follow KVKK Art. 9 and the Turkish regulation on transfers of personal data abroad; the providers process data under their own data protection terms and security commitments. The developer is based in Turkey.
Data on your device stays until you uninstall the app. Data collected by Google follows Google's retention periods. Emails are kept for up to 2 years after the request is resolved.
SDK data is sent over encrypted connections (TLS). We have no servers; your game save stays in the app's own storage.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties it is transferred to, ask for correction if incomplete or wrong, ask for erasure or destruction where the conditions are met and for these to be notified to recipients, object to analysis made solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Requests: email support@talomstudio.com with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
If you live in the EEA or the UK, under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; we reply within one month.
Note: your game save is only on your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it. For data collected by Google, you can also contact Google.
While the game runs, the ad SDK (Google Mobile Ads SDK) collects the data in 3.2 automatically; you cannot switch this off inside the game. Your choices: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, decline consent in the consent form (ads become less personal or limited; the game is not restricted), and delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
Google's ad personalisation may create profiles. We do not make automated decisions.
The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we process data of a child under 13, please contact us.
This page is served by a hosting provider, which processes visitors' IP addresses to serve the page and for security. This page uses no cookies and no analytics.
The version and date are shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, the game shows the new notice at launch.
Version 1.1 (21 October 2026): the recipients, international transfers and website sections now name groups of providers instead of individual providers. The data processed and the purposes did not change.
