Talom StudioBu koşullar sen ile Towerville'i geliştiren Talom Studio (Muhammet Talha Sağlam; "biz") arasındadır. Oyunu ilk açtığında "Devam et"e dokunarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Google Play'in koşulları ayrıca geçerlidir.
Sana Towerville'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanman için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunu tersine mühendislikle çözmek, değiştirmek ya da değiştirilmiş bir sürümünü dağıtmak yasaktır; kanunun izin verdiği haller saklıdır. Oyunun görselleri, sesleri ve kodu bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Oyundaki açık kaynak bileşenler kendi lisanslarına tabidir (oyunda Ayarlar → Hakkında).

Verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır. Bu koşulları kabul etmen, kişisel verilerinin işlenmesine rıza vermen anlamına gelmez.
İlerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı silersen ilerleme kaybolur; cihazını değiştirirsen taşınmayabilir. Biz geri getiremeyiz.
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri oyunda gösterir ve yeniden kabulünü isteriz; kabul etmezsen oyunu kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Yazım ve açıklık düzeltmeleri yalnızca bu sayfada yayımlanır.
Oyunu özenle geliştiriyoruz, ama kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Sorumluluğumuz kanunun izin verdiği ölçüdedir. Kast, ağır kusur, ölüm ve yaralanmadan doğan sorumluluk ile tüketici olarak kanuni hakların saklıdır.
Türk hukuku uygulanır. Yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici kuralları ve tüketici olarak başvuru yolların (ör. yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyeti ya da mahkeme) saklıdır.

These terms are between you and Talom Studio (Muhammet Talha Sağlam; "we"), the developer of Towerville. By tapping "Continue" when you first open the game, you accept these terms. Google Play's terms also apply.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Towerville for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer or modify the game or distribute modified versions, except where the law allows. The game's art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Open source components in the game are subject to their own licences (in the game: Settings → About).
Do not cheat, and do not use the game in a way that breaks it or harms others.
The game is free and shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards you get for watching (for example, a continue) only work inside the game and have no monetary value.
There are no purchases in the game at the moment. If added, they will be made through Google Play and these terms will be updated. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not mean you consent to the processing of your personal data.
Your progress is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, your progress is lost; if you change devices, it may not carry over. We cannot restore it.
We may update these terms. We will show significant changes in the game and ask you to accept them again; if you do not accept, you can stop using the game. Typo and clarity fixes are only published on this page.
We build the game with care, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, death and personal injury, and your statutory consumer rights, are not affected.
Turkish law applies. The mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and your rights as a consumer to bring a claim (for example, before a consumer arbitration committee or court where you live) are not affected.
The game is not designed for children under 13. If you are under 18, read these terms together with your parent or guardian.
